What is an emergency?

If an emergency situation arises at UNCG, the Emergency Preparedness and Response Team (EPART) and the Crisis Management Group will work together to assess the emergency and take appropriate action. The response can range from a short-term severe weather notice to an extended campus shutdown due to a pandemic. You are an important part of safety at UNCG — please notify the University Police, (336) 334-4444, of anything that might impact our community’s safety.
